Questions
The checklist, answered.
What are the red flags when buying an irrigated property?
Water you can't rely on in a dry year, licences that don't match what the property uses, worn out or undersized pumps and filtration, soil problems such as salinity or poor drainage, and frost or flood exposure that hasn't been allowed for. The checklist turns each one into a question to ask before you sign.
Can you check the property for me?
Yes. Our feasibility and due diligence work answers these questions in one independent report. Send the address and what you plan to grow, and we'll come back with a scope and a price.
